It's been a couple of years since I've shot NFL and I was glad to be back on Sunday, October 11 in St. Louis. What a way to get back into it...getting to shoot future hall-of-famer Brett Favre. Yep, I came home with a lot of images of Brett Favre. Hey, it's Brett Favre. Even if I wasn't a football fan, as a photographer I'd have been a fool to not get lots of pics of him. The Vikings looked pretty darn good as they moved to 5-0 on the season with a 38-10 win.
For the photogs who are curious about this stuff...these were all shot with Canon MarkIIn and MarkII bodies and a 400/f2.8, 70-200/f2.8 and 20-35/f2.8 lenses. I've got a couple of Big 12 games between now and the next time I head to St. Louis, but I'm looking forward to shooting another future hall-of-famer (Peyton Manning).
Thanks for checking out the photos.
Nice work, man! I love shooting the NFL. I was in 'the Lou' on Saturday shooting game 3 of the playoffs between the Cards and Dodgers, which was cool. But I would've loved to shoot that game between the Rams/Vikings! (who did you shoot for?)
ReplyDeleteGreat shots, Scott!
